The current station building, route 128 station

features a postmodern design with intersecting volumes, metal and glass walls. The station boasts two 1,050-foot-long side platforms serving the two tracks of the Northeast Corridor. These platforms are connected by a glass-walled footbridge, which leads to the upper level of the three-story station building. The building houses ticketing services on the third floor and an Amtrak waiting room on the first floor, with the second floor reserved for maintenance purposes.
