ALL DERBY AND OAKS DAY PACKAGESÂ
All Derby and Oaks day packages include 12 hours of service each day, with a fully attentive chauffeur to take you wherever you need to be, at whatever time you wish. We also arrange your parking at Churchill Downs. Your vehicle is always ready and waiting, and there are no extra charges or hidden fees– everything is included!
DERBY WEEK BOURBON TOURS
Most of the distilleries throughout Kentucky sell out months in advance of Derby Week so if you’re interested keep in mind the demand during this time of the year. We offer transportation during the week, but due to the volume and demand, you will have to purchase your own tickets. To receive a quote for transportation during Derby week, click here
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Don’t forget to inquire about airport transportation or other local travel within the city for your arrival and departure on Thursday or Sunday. We are happy to make your trip to Louisville hassle-free!

Typical client itineraries involve:
Derby Thursday
Clients arrive in Louisville at commercial or private airports – get dropped off at hotel or Airbnb. If you live in locally, skip to Derby Friday itinerary
Derby Friday (aka Oaks Day)

11AM pick up at their own house, Airbnb, or hotel

11:30 Brunch somewhere special

1PM Drop off at Churchill Downs – drop off locations vary widely – from on-property lots at Churchill Downs, to surrounding area lots.

7PM Clients leave Churchill Downs, may stop at hotel to freshen up, then go to dinner.

11PM Final drop-off at original house, Airbnb, or hotel
Derby Day (Saturday)
