Why ride our shuttles?
Leave the driving to us and enjoy a stress-free festival experience. Our air-conditioned motor coaches provide continuous service between the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) and the Kentucky Exposition Center. Skip parking fees, avoid traffic, enjoy a dedicated shuttle drop-off near the entrance, and relax knowing a professional Pegasus chauffeur is handling the drive. At only $175 for the entire four-day event, it's one of the smartest upgrades you can make to your festival weekend.
Where do we pick up our shuttle wristbands?
During checkout you'll select your preferred pickup location: Galt House Hotel, Embassy Suites Downtown, or the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC). Wristbands must be picked up before boarding your first shuttle. Tables will be open from 9am-9pm daily during the festivals at each location.
Where do shuttles pick up?
All shuttle departures and returns operate from the Kentucky International Convention Center (320 W. Jefferson St., Louisville, KY 40202).
What are the hours for the shuttles?
• First departure from Downtown: 10:00 AM
• Last departure to the Festival: 9:00 PM
• Return service operates continuously until approximately Midnight
Where is the festival drop-off?
Shuttles drop guests on E Wing Drive at the Kentucky Exposition Center, just a short walk from the festival entrance.
What are the wait times for the shuttles?
During peak arrival (4:00–7:00 PM) and departure periods, wait times may be longer. Multiple motor coaches operate continuously throughout the day, so another shuttle is always on the way.
Do I need to reserve a shuttle time?
No. Your wristband allows unlimited rides during operating hours on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I purchase passes on-site?
Advance online purchase is recommended. On-site availability, if offered, is subject to remaining inventory.
Can I bring bags?
Festival-approved bags are welcome. Please follow all current festival bag policies. Large coolers or prohibited items are not permitted.
Are the shuttles ADA accessible?
Yes. ADA-accessible transportation is available. If you require accommodation, please contact Pegasus or DWP before the event so we can best assist you.
What happens if it rains?
Shuttles operate rain or shine unless severe weather or festival officials determine service must be modified for safety.

• Allow extra travel time during peak periods.
• Stay hydrated and enjoy responsibly.
Transportation Notice
Schedules may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, road closures, law enforcement directives, or festival operations. Pegasus will make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service. Pegasus reserves the right to refuse service (without refund) to any wristband holder that poses a threat to the security and comfort of all riders.
Cancellation Policy
Shuttle passes are non-refundable except as outlined in the published Terms & Conditions or in the event of an official festival cancellation.
