Pegasus has served Derby guests for more than 20 years.
The 153rd Kentucky Derby® is Saturday, May 1, 2027, preceded by the Kentucky Oaks on Friday, April 30. If you would rather not drive, park or coordinate rides, the Pegasus Derby shuttle gets you to Churchill Downs and back each day.
How the Shuttle Works
Pegasus runs daily round-trip transportation to Churchill Downs for both Oaks and Derby. You buy a wristband for the service, and the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at partner hotels, so you can start and end your day without moving a car.

Why Ride the Shuttle
Churchill Downs does not allow drop-off or pick-up at the track because of traffic and entrance restrictions, and every driver needs a parking pass. The shuttle sidesteps both problems, so you do not have to buy a pass or find a space.
Booking Tips
Buy early: Pegasus is offering last year's prices on 2027 Derby transportation purchased before January 1, 2027.
Buy for both days: The shuttle runs on Oaks and Derby days, so plan for each day you are attending.
