Castle & Key Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon 2025 Edition
Castle & Key introduces its 2025 Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon, aged 7 years and bottled at 108.2 proof. Crafted from 73% white corn, 10% winter wheat, and 17% malted barley, this release features added depth from longer aging. Castle & Key Straight Rye Finished in Extra Old Haitian Rhum Casks
Castle & Key introduces a new addition to its experimental series: a Straight Rye Whiskey that has been aged for 18 months in Extra Old Haitian Rhum casks and bottled at 116.1 proof. The mash bill features 63% rye, 17% corn, and 20% malted barley. Only 1,800 cases have been produced, with availability limited to select states online. SRP: $64.99–$69.99. Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Blade and Bow has introduced its oldest whiskey yet: Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, originally barreled at Stitzel-Weller Distillery during spring 1993. This exclusive release features a blend from just 42 barrels, bottled at 54.5% ABV (109 proof) and priced at $1,200 per 750mL bottle.
Starting November 2025, the bourbon will be available nationwide and at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery visitor center from Friday, 11/14. The Garden & Gun Club will offer individual pours for $225, each served on a custom gold tray with premium glassware and keepsake items presented in an elegant bag. Read the full press release here.

Little Book The Infinite: Edition II
Little Book The Infinite: Edition II from the James B. Beam Distilling Company continues the annual tradition of evolving its blend. Bottled at 120.8 proof (60.40% ABV) with an SRP of $199.99, it features four Kentucky Straight Bourbons: a 22-year from Booker Noe, a 10-year from Fred Noe, a 7-year extended-fermentation from Freddie Noe, and last year’s Little Book The Infinite I. Michter’s 20 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Michter’s will release its limited Michter’s 20 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon on December 1, after being named “The World’s Most Admired Whiskey” for a third time by Drinks International in 2025. Approved by Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson, this bourbon is aged 20 years in charred oak and bottled at 114.2 proof (57.1% ABV). Heaven Hill 90th Anniversary Bourbon Release
Heaven Hill Distillery is marking its 90th anniversary by launching a special limited edition: a 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This 107-proof bourbon is made from Heaven Hill’s classic mashbill (78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye). The blend consists of 70% Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and 30% Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been aged in heavily charred barrels. For this release, 204 barrels—created on December 13, 2015 for Heaven Hill’s 80th Anniversary—were matured for nine years and eight months in Rickhouses G and H, specifically on the 4th and 6th floors. Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof
Buffalo Trace Distillery has launched Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof (125 proof) as a permanent addition to its Sazerac Rye line. Enabled by the distillery’s $1.2 billion expansion, this new release will be available in select U.S. markets from November 2025 for $39.99 per 750mL bottle.
Copper & Kings Launches New Core Portfolio
Copper & Kings American Brandy Company, now part of Bourdon Spirits Company, has launched a new flagship range featuring three spirits that aim to reshape the American brandy market. The collection includes: Six-Year American Brandy V.S.O.P. (aged six years, 86 proof, $19.99), Six-Year American Apple Brandy (Bottled-in-Bond) (100 proof, $24.99), and a Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted from a blend of bourbons aged between 5 and over 15 years, then finished in brandy barrels for up to three years (proof not specified, $29.99). This new lineup comes after the August 2025 acquisition of Copper & Kings by Bourdon Spirits Company and is currently available at the Louisville distillery in Butchertown, with selective distribution underway. copperandkings.com
Southern Star Cask Strength Bourbon Finished in Honey Barrels
Southern Distilling Company has released its second batch of Southern Star Cask Strength Bourbon Finished in Honey Barrels, a 7-year-old, 108.4-proof bourbon aged in wildflower honey barrels. Available from November 8 at the Statesville Tasting Room and select North Carolina ABC stores, the launch features four honey-inspired cocktails and a distillery-exclusive gift bundle ($65) with the new bourbon, barrel-aged honey, and hot honey brittle.
